During a conversation with a friend of mine that just moved into town, she was telling me about the great amount of difficulties she faced when looking for a roommate. She had to use services like Kijiji and Facebook groups to find roommates because she had little to no connections within the city. This inspired me to create a design solution to this problem that many of us face. In this new age of technology where people can make safe and calculated decisions through gathering data, how can we reimagine the way we seek out roommates?
